Shipping policy

Australian Shipping
We entrust our domestic orders to the good people at Australia Post, using their Registered Service to offer fast & safe delivery. We also offer express shipping. 

Standard shipping in Australia is $8.50 and express shipping is $15 (both have tracking)

Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery days. 

Normally if your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take roughly between 2-5 business days from the shipping notification email. If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders can take up to 10 business days from the shipping notification email. 

International Shipping
For international orders please visit the check out and shipping will be automatically calculated for you. We ship all our international orders with tracking.

To our wonderful international customers, we ship our international parcels with Australia Post. If you are in the (EU), you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from outside the European Union (EU) before you can collect them.
The same duties may apply if you're located in Canada. 

Pip+Phee is not responsible for further shipping, insurance or import charges once your item has left Melbourne, Australia. Please check with your custom/postal service if these charges apply to you before ordering.
