Refund policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. All our art is custom & made to order, printed just for you to the frame size requested so we recommend sorting your frame sizes first.

For any item/s received damaged, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item via email to Jessica.lee.davis.designs@hotmail.com with your order number, photographs and descriptions of the alleged damage. Once your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
